Parameter Missing or Invalid: Required parameter missing or invalid: items - Product out of stock

Hello -

We have products that are out of stock, however when you click on the product, the “Add to Cart” button still works and then when selected, it gives an error page saying "Parameter Missing or Invalid: Required parameter missing or invalid: items " siting “Request ID: 487909c5-4eed-4a52-bbf5-21e016eec327”

This happens on some out of stock products, but not others.

Any ideas or solutions?

Hi @1502CandleCo ,

I checked and the button shows ‘Sold Out’, it works fine.

Thank you. After posting this I reached out to a the developer of an app that I was using and they helped fix the issue.
