I don’t know why but whenever i click on ad to cart button this shows up. I don’t understand how to fix it. Can anyone tell me what i have to do to fix this issue. I’m currently using SENSE theme on my shopify store

Regarding your concern there is an error when add product to the cart. Hav you install any app recently? Or make changes on your theme .liquid file?
I suggest you revert your theme.liquid file to the backup version or original states
Here is how the step in case:
Step1: Online store > Themes > Edit code > theme.liquid > Select date range and revert it
The problem is some apps or some changes you were made has changed the functionality of the theme and make it broken
