Send us a message through our contact form this should be a halfway simple fix, sometimes when an app is uninstalled there are still some scripts that don’t get removed.

Ok I’ll do that but I need to use Printful later … :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi there,

I understand you’re experiencing an issue with your cart functionality after adding the Printful store on your Shopify site. I’ll do my best to help you out.

First, let me address the W3 validator results. The W3 validator checks your website for proper HTML coding and structure. While it’s important to have a well-structured website, some of the errors and warnings might not directly affect your site’s functionality, including the cart issue you’re experiencing. So, it’s possible that the errors on the W3 validator are unrelated to your problem.

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:

  1. Check your theme code: Sometimes, issues with the cart functionality might be related to conflicts in your theme code. If you’ve made any recent changes or updates to your theme, try reverting back to a previous version and see if the issue persists.

  2. Reinstall the Printful app: It’s possible that there was an issue during the uninstallation process. Try reinstalling the Printful app and then uninstalling it again. Make sure to clear your browser cache and cookies after each step to ensure you’re viewing the most recent version of your site.

  3. Check for other app conflicts: Sometimes, other apps on your Shopify store might cause conflicts with the cart functionality. To troubleshoot this, you can disable other apps one by one and test your site after each change. This might help you identify if any other app is causing the issue.

  4. Update your browser: Make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser, as outdated browsers might not support certain functionalities on your website.

  5. Contact Shopify Support: If you’ve tried all the above steps and still can’t resolve the issue, it’s time to reach out to Shopify Support. They can help you further diagnose the problem and provide a solution.

I hope you find these suggestions helpful. Good luck with resolving the issue on your store!
