Parent menu with submenus not clickable - DAWN theme

I’ve made dropdown menus with submenus and for desktop, they show with a mouse hover, but you’re only redirected if you click the submenus i.e Jewelry or Bags, but the Parent menu “Accessories” doesn’t redirect to the main collection where it should even though it’s added in the Navigation settings

For this have to change the HTML and also have to use the JS,

For have to check the theme code, So please contact with a shopify developer for this.
