Paris Theme - Language options not visible on IOS

Hello

I have the Shopify theme Paris on my website. On my Samsung Galaxy S24 everything works and looks fine. On an Iphone, the language options are not visible for some reason (See image). You see the check marks next to the languages but you don’t see the text. I think the problem has to do with IOS as it’s visible on Android and not visible on an iphone. What is the problem and what should I do?
