I’m a French Shopify Partner agency (Viseo Conseil) blocked on account
recovery for j.romon@viseoconseil.fr since April 27th. Status stuck on
“Account recovery in progress”.
Agent Isiah A. escalated to the security team on May 9th, no response since.
We risk losing an important client because of this delay. Could a moderator
please help escalate this case?
