Password on launch page isn't showing up?

Hi, I’ve been accessing my website through the launch password quite often. I went to try it again and on my launch page on the web I can’t see the button for the password. On mobile however I still can’t see the button but can access the password page by clicking at the top of my phone. Can someone help me fix this, thanks.

From my end, sounds all good, I can see your password protected.

I think it is your browser cache issue, please clear your cache

and try again

I can see the password page I just don’t see the place where it says “enter password” to actually access my shop.

There is a button in the upper right corner of the window that, if clicked, opens a popup with the password form. Unfortunately, due to some bad styling, you can’t see it. Try hovering your cursor over the top right and clicking.

This helped but how can I make this visible for my client?

I actually figured it out - needs to be customized in your theme template on your password page!
