Is it possible to display a password page for certain countries?

Not with Shopify’s built in password page, that one’s all or nothing, when it’s on it locks the whole store for everyone regardless of country. It’s doable two other ways though.
No code route is a country blocking app. Easy Country Blocker can show a password protected or blocked page only to the countries you choose, and IPGeo Country Redirect and Block (free) lets you restrict specific countries and display a custom blocked page. Both detect location by IP, which is the more reliable signal.

Shopify’s built-in password page is an all-or-nothing feature for the entire store.
Shopify’s password page applies to the whole store only. To restrict by country, use a geo-blocking app like Easy Country Blocker or IPGeo Country Redirect. They show a locked page only to selected countries based on IP.

Yes, you can do it, but not by the password page’s default options. Geolocation Detection can also be combined with a Restriction Method to deny access to specific areas. Many merchants use an app like Locksmith to restrict access by country, and send people to a password or holding page. Or you can use Shopify Markets with geolocation rules or use custom liquid to use request country to conditionaly show the password content. This way you get some flexibility without having to touch core checkout or theme structure.
