Pay outs on hold

My pay outs have been on hold for 8 days so far, didnt received any mail about this whatsoever. I have contacted the support multiple times and everytime the same anwser that I am in an queue. But i see a lot of people who dont get helped by shopify can anybody tell me if shopify will ever fix this??

Shopify has been ignoring me too. I have over 40k on hold. It’s been 120 days + 13 days late

120 days?! Thats INSANE!!

I have a feeling I will have to continue building a legal case against them. They’re still giving me the run around.

UPDATE: They emailed and said my payouts will resume as of 2 days ago. Yesterday, I received a deposit of $300.. if this is from my locked account- I am LIVID. 40k compared to $300, I’m sueing big time now. I keep telling them, before my account was locked, I took VIDEOS and SCREENSHOTs of my entire account. Balance, orders, high risk payments, reserved funds, chargebacks, EVERYTHING. I have copies of alllll

emails ever exchanged with shopify and I have copied down all names of associates I have spoken to. I do not PLAY about my mf money. I know for a fact what I had, and didn’t have. And if Shopify is reading this comment, I have sent an email as of 10-15 minutes ago. And I need an URGENT reply before this situation escalates more than it already has. If I do not receive a timely reply.. please expect to hear from my lawyer. Note: I am not the only one on the case. Me and several other shopify uses who have had their funds “stolen” by Shopify are on the case too.
