Hi,
I have a payement that is not processed since one month.
The message is : PayPal Express Checkout and Shopify Payments are still processing this order.
The problem doesn’t seem to be coming from Paypal, since I asked them about it and they don’t find it.
What should I do ?

I understand your seeing the error message PayPal Express Checkout is still processing this order, for a month now.
When you create a Shopify store, you’re given a PayPal Express Checkout account with the email you used to sign up for your Shopify store. If the email you used to sign up for Shopify is not the same email associated with your PayPal account, you will need to update it. You can follow PayPal’s Help Center guide to update your email address.
In regard to the Shopify Payments error message, your order may still be processing due to a hold on your Shopify Payments account. Holds can occur for various reasons such as needing more information for verification. However, without visibility into your account, I’m unable to determine the exact cause. I recommend contacting our team via the Shopify Help Center, so we can further investigate.
