Have you had a chance to review the available payment gateways in your location? There are several providers you can use in South Africa, and there are a few that are known to have the ability to transact orders in USD or any other currency. Some that I can point out are PayPal and 2Checkout. I suggest checking these out if you have not done that yet, and reaching out to the other payment providers available in South Africa. Since they are third-party companies, they’re best-equipped to advise whether their payment gateway can seamlessly process USD orders.
