Why do I have to pay more for the customer orders. What can I do to correct that problem?
@Playcoat if I’m understanding your question correctly, you are charging merchants for shipping but then paying more for the label. Is that correct?
Can you share an example? How have you set up your shipping rates at checkout?
Hi, yes I’m paying more than the customer for the item. I’m very new to this dropshipping.
Have you increased the shipping fee you’re charging to your buyers? You can set those up under Settings > Shipping & Delivery
