Hi there, I’m going around in circles trying to find the answer to this one, so any help would be hugely appreciated.
All of my products are coming from China, I am only going to sell initially to UK, EU, USA, Canada for simplicity.
I want to ‘bake in’ the cost of any Import taxes and VAT into the product price without showing this separately on product page and invoice, but more importantly I don’t want any of my customers to have to pay for (unexpected) import fees or VAT themselves to release their products from the post office. I want to be able to pay these on their behalf (as its accounted for in the product price).
How can i do this?
I’m not expecting large volume of orders (at least not for the first 12 months) therefore it isn’t affordable to pay for Shopify plus or Advanced Shopify and most of the apps that calculate shipping and VAT are super expensive (and I
I’m not even sure if they allow me to pay the VAT and import taxes for my products sold).
