I am 16 years old living in the UK and want to start a Shopify Store. If the account is in my legal guardian’s name but the account is connected to my own personal bank card is that allowed for when payments get forwarded and does a passive income affect my parent’s tax because the account is connected to their name or does it not matter since its connected to my bank account (a minor)

As far as I know you can, as a minor, also registrate a company in the UK and then create the proper bank accounts etc. If you dont want to do that, I think even though you are a minor you will still be able to properly sign up.
