How do I get my setup to look like this?

I took a look at the attachment but unfortunately the video quality was quite low and I couldn’t make out any of the details. Would you be able to insert a screenshot instead of a video into your reply here? You can use the camera icon in the toolbar just above the reply box to insert an image directly into your reply. Like so:

Thank you for the link and the example image! This can be done using a 2.0 theme and a bit of liquid language or through some custom coding.
To replicate something like this I used a new 2.0 theme on my own store and inserted a custom liquid section in that space (see image below). I am not a developer so I don’t know the liquid required to add an image in the way it looks in that screenshot, but you can see in my example where it would go and what that would look like. You may need to do a bit of research in our Dev docs or hire a developer to assist you with that customization.
