It’s a busy Canadian long-weekend sales day (June 28) and Shopify POS has decided to randomly remove payment options:
At first, a “custom payment method” we set up for our external debit/credit terminal disappeared from the payment methods screen at checkout, forcing us to select cash, which obviously screws up our paperwork big time.
Then the option came back, however the standard Split Transactions option then disappeared. Luckily we haven’t had to use that today. It has also now come back, for the moment.
The availability of our payment methods has been “flickering”, so to speak, all afternoon.
Anyone else experiencing this?
