Payment not receved - Problem with Shopify payment

Hello all :wink:

I have a problem with Shopify payments.
On the payment page, it says that 2 transfers have been sent to my bank account but I checked and received nothing :disappointed_face:

A few days later I received an email saying that the Shopify payment account could not be verified, but I had sent my ID card.

Maybe is the reason that I didn’t receved my payment of the 1st and 14 July?

I contacted the Shopify service, they took my request but I’m still waiting, so I’m stuck I did not receive my payments and I have buyers who abandoned their cart because they told me that the payment by credit card visa was no longer available, (I had explained that with Paypal we could do ^^).

I thought while waiting for Shopify to solve the problem if I could install another payment service by card (visa, master card)?

I have for the moment only Paypal activate.
