Payment on Hold

  • Shopify this is really unacceptable what you’re doing to your customers yes I under you’re trying to review things to make sure it’s legitimate, however there business owners like myself who needs the money in order to push their business further and to pay off clients my store has been on hold since last week I have two stores and both if them the payments has been on hold one of the stores went into a negative balance because of this and I am emailing you guys and no response is given no update no nothing we as customers shouldn’t have to go through such things, it’s making me frustrated that I’m considering to take my business else where but I need you guys to get that rectified asap because time is money , and I cannot go forward if I do not receive my payments please guys please help me in releasing my funds to me
