My payment option is not being opened therefore buyers are unable to proceed for payment. Please suggest how to troubleshoot.

Do you see any error on the payment gateway? It would be best to share that as well here. Though, try to check your >settings >payments and see if the test mode for your payment methods is turned on. You will need to turn that off for your customers to be able to proceed to payment section.
