Hi,
I had a customer from Belgium make a purchase (my business is UK based) but because Bancontact was not activated it says ‘payment pending’.
Shopify finally after a week of the customer waiting have activated Bancontact but the payment on the customer order still says ‘payment pending’.
How can I push this order through now?
Any help much appreciated

I decided to default to reaching out to the Payments Team here to see if they had any insights on how to resolve this pending payment for you. They had mentioned to me that various errors can occur when using LPMs such as Bancontact, so they recommended that you reach our to our Live Support Team, so they can get eyes on the order and advise on the correct next steps for you.
If you were looking into pushing this order now and capture payment, you could look into refunding the original order, and then issuing a draft order to the merchant to invoice them digitally and capture payment in that way. I recommend holding off on this step, however, and allowing our Team to take a look into things first.
