Our customers are not able to complete checkout after entering their card information when purchasing a digital product from our store. I have tried multiple settings from requiring account to checkout as guest. In the Abandoned Orders section it says that no shipping or billing address was provided, but I personally tried a transaction and put in all the necessary information, however it shows the same thing for me. Please advise. We have a product that was supposed to launch yesterday, but they are not able to access it. Thanks
