Hi there!
We are searching for payment service providers that offers payment in installments in Spain, France and/or Italy. We are currently using Klarna in these countries, but it seems like Klarna is not accepting most of the customers from these countries. They just refuse the payment in the very last step (probably due to credit rating). Also many customers from these countries do not know Klarna, so they are also hesitant to use Klarna.

We strongly believe Klarna is your best option for Spain, France and Italy.
Klarna launched in Spain and Italy during 2020 and with both countries we’ve already reached 1 million users in our first year. Klarna launched in France in the middle of 2021, and we’re close to the 1 million milestone as well.
The growth of Klarna and its brand recognition is massive on all three countries.
Klarna does soft checks before granting credit, but as Klarna is becoming very widespread and the number of already active users is becoming significant, you hopefully will notice a decrease of user rejections in these regions. Hope this helps explain Klarna better, and feel more confident about our growth in new regions.

Klarna is definitely a great option for installments and I’d recommend working with them on further supporting your business and customers. However, if you’d like to explore some other options that support installments, then I’d recommend taking a look at Mollie, Atome, or SplitIt as well.
