Payment Provider not Compatible with Shopify

Hello,

I am based in Malaysia and just finished setting up my store. My payment provider Senangpay has advised me that they are not Shopify compatible after I have signed up an account with them.

Because I have paid and signed up for an account with them, and those are most likely not refundable. Could I please ask if there is any way to manually integrate onto my site? I would think of as if when a customer click Pay Now, they’d be directed to a third-party payment page.

Really appreciate anyone’s help.

Thank you

An integration to that payment gateway is probably possible, but payment gateway integrations take a lot of hours.

I bet it will be mucho more expensive to hire someone to integrate Senangpay that would you have already paid to the gateway.

Next time, before hiring a third party service, confirm it is integrated with Shopify. This information is online https://guide.senangpay.my/shopping-cart-integration-list/

Have you checked if other popular gateways like Stripe or Adyen are available in Malasia?
