I am aware of the report for “Payment Transactions details” available to download through the daily “Payout Details” report.
However, this report is only available for download for a single Payout Date to CSV.
When entering multiple accounting entries into quickbooks for example, this means that an individual report needs to be run for each Payout date. In this scenario, one would need to copy and paste the details from each payout date into a master Excel file.
What is the work around for this? *Please note that this is Shopify’s ONLY report that provides the payout date, fees and shows original transaction date in one report. No other report shows this

As far as I’m aware, achieving this directly within Shopify is currently not possible. If you’re open to using a third-party solution, I’d recommend trying DataChamp. We recently implemented a feature that allows you to export payout details. You can simply set a filter for the specific dates you need, eliminating the need to generate a separate report for each payout date.

There are two options within the Shopify Admin for accessing payout-related information:
1)You can find the pay out reports in the Analytics section and export the data based on the payout date without the fee column
2) In Settings > Payments or Analytics > Finance > Payout, you have the option to export data for individual dates, which you may already be familiar with.
Report Pundit can combine both sets of details into a single report using custom option, which can then be automatically exported to your email or Google Drive. Additionally, you can integrate PayPal, Stripe, and other platforms to enhance your reporting capabilities.
