Hi Shopify!
I just started my shopify account on the 15th. I already got about 3 orders for product, but I am waiting on CA State to send me my Tax ID and EIN number to upload it to shopify account. I have about $2200 bucks sitting in my account and just stats pending until I provide that information. It should be coming any day now with my EIN number and Tax ID number. Just don’t want to ship out the product and shopify refunds the customers that I sent the product to and I loose product/money?
Any help I would appreciate it? I am not trying to send the product out and then customers get refunded with my product they already received.

Shopify has a built-in fraud analysis system to help prevent fraudulent orders from being processed. Without a valid tax ID and EIN number, Shopify may flag your account for verification or potentially issue refunds to customers.
To avoid losing product and money, it is best to hold off on shipping until your account is fully verified. Once your account is verified, you can ship out the products with confidence, knowing that you are complying with all relevant regulations and that your account is fully protected by Shopify’s fraud analysis system.
