Payments are going through but orders aren't getting created

Hi, I am using easebuzz as payment gateway partner, I am able to see payments in the dashboard but the user’s page breaks immediately after payment, and he isn’t getting a order confirmation, he gets a payment confirmation from the PG. Please help.
