We recently started a B2B site for promotional items, where everything is $0. We have placed several live orders ourselves, some with no issues but others we’ll get the following error on the payment screen:

Payments can’t be processed right now because of a technical issue. Try again in a few minutes.

Currently, the only way we can navigate around this error is to clear all cache and browser history, then try again. We get the same error on multiple browsers.

There may be times where someone will place multiple orders in a day, so this error must be resolved. Please let and let us know what we need to do, to avoid getting this issue moving forward.
