Hi there,

I have a website called gnwebshop.com. This is purely a B2B site for our customers to order marketing materials and we do not charge anything to them. It is basically an order portal.

I have configured everything to not show any charges (dollar value etc), however when I tried to test an order.

I received this message at the very last step - Payments can’t be processed right now because of a technical issue. Try again in a few minutes.

Could you confirm the specific payment method or gateway you are using to test your order here?

If you’re using a credit card gateway it may be the case that this gateway does not allow for orders where the order value is zero, or there may be other reasons why this is not possible.

Should that be confirmed to be the case, you can still look into using other options such as a manual payment method.
