We switched to Shopify Payments recently and have continued making sales, but there has been an issue with our application. We have been waiting for a response for 3-4 days with no update from Shopify. Our sales revenue is accumulating in our Shopify account, and we are not receiving any payouts. This is causing severe cash flow problems for our business. We are unable to pay for our ads or manufacturers, as everything is on hold.
We’ve been working with Shopify for a long time, but this level of unresponsiveness is starting to frustrate us. This delay is severely impacting our business, and we urgently need a resolution.
