Can anyone advise why my Payments Reports have stopped showing the refund amounts? Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Hello, we are having the same issue and I recently started a chat with Shopify and they eventually told me this is how it always worked. I know this is not true but would love for Shopify to fix this issue.
Glad to hear I’m not the only one experiencing this. You wouldn’t think it would be much of an ask to be able to reconcile a payment report to Bank!
This is still an issue for me, I’ve narrowed it down to partially refunded orders. Please look at this shopify. It’s causing us really big issues with our reconciliations.
