Shopify has been holding $6000 in payouts on my store for over a week now and whenever I talk to support they tell me it has been escalated to the relevant team and they will be in touch. This has been going on everyday for a week and I have had ZERO feedback from Shopify.

30k € held here. Same boat. No answers. Same automated documentation request emails. Now asking for 15€ chargeback fees when customers see a shop is closed page and chargeback. Crazy world we live in!
