I reported an error on my account in regards to my payouts being deactivated in the system.
This issue was escalated months ago in January. However, the issue has not been corrected, nor reviewed by the escalation team.
I’ve had 4-5 chats with support advisors informing me I would receive a follow up, but it never happens.

Feel free to share the shop URL and I can take a look.
Suggestion is to attempt re adding the bank account being used for payouts.

I’ve performed that multiple times and it does not work. How can you help me have this error escalated so that it can be corrected? It’s going on 5 months without being reviewed.

This is the most recent ticket number 65574666 of the six thus far telling me it would be reviewed
Can you take a look at your admin now? Let me know if anything has changed?
