payout on hold

hello,

my payouts is on hold. i asked severl times to the team i got only 1 responded from that i will receive email. however one of their staff miss guided me saying that the payout is not anymore on hold. Lol , he lied to me when i talk to another advisoer and he told me no it is still on hold?

i dont under why this people not taking these things seriously.

I highly suggest that you keep an open communication with them and wait for the email that they mentioned.
