Hello,

its Benn 7 days my payment are on hold I received an email that I have to send some documents, I single every single document asked,

how is it normal to ignore someone for 1 week I have 5k on hold I have the orders already from my funds

I send 5 emails no response

I need urgent help

I had this issue yesterday, the document is right but still keep asking me to upload a document, then i got blocked because i tried a multiple times.
I contacted support chat and talk to them 3 times, apparently some other merchant have this problems and it is under high priority
