I’m new to Shopify and currently setting up my store. However, my payout option has been paused due to verification issues. Unfortunately, I’m unable to upload the required documents to resolve this issue.
Despite multiple discussions with the support team since last Saturday, I haven’t received a solution yet. Every time, they inform me that the issue has been escalated to the concerned department.
As a result, I’m unable to launch my store, and I’m eager to get this resolved as soon as possible.
