Payout says “paid” but isn’t in Balance

Hi Shopify,

I need help—I had a payout scheduled for today and it was previously listed as “in transit” on Shopify, and I could see it as “pending” in the Balance app. Now it’s marked as “paid” on shopify but has completely disappeared from the Balance app. Funds are not there, and tomorrow’s payout is listed as pending, like this one got skipped. This payout that disappeared is the majority of a major sale i had this past weekend, I’m really worried that it is gone without a trace. How can I resolve this?

If you do not have automatic payment capture enabled in your Shopify, please open the order and click “capture” to receive the payment into your balance.
