Why are some of my sales showing refunds (since October) in the payout section? I did not issue any refunds for these purchases.

Thanks for your post. I recommend clicking Transactions on the Payouts page in your Shopify admin, as that lists all transactions associated with your payouts. That way you can see exactly which orders were refunded, and investigate further if there was an error. You can read more about viewing your payouts in this help document.
If it’s still not adding up, I recommend contacting our live support team through the Help Center so we can look into this with you, and escalate the issue if needed.
