I understand that you are experiencing issues with one of your payouts. There can be several factors causing this problem. If you are using Shopify Payments, you can gather more information by checking the status of your payout. To do this, go to “Settings” > “Payments” in your Shopify admin, and then click on the “View payouts” button.
