Payout won't work after a failed payment.

I changed my bank account a while ago and didn’t update it on Shopify so a payout failed. I updated my bank account using the button on the failed payout in November and have still received nothing. I checked back a month later for my banking info everything is in order but I still try to delete it and enter it again. Doesn’t change a thing there is still a notification on the failed payout asking me to change my banking information and no retry payment button. I don’t know what to do I was able to chat with a tech but he couldn’t help me and told me the billing team would contact me but I have no update. Shopify seems to keep people’s money and keep billing without any consequences or efforts to solve the issue. I need my money back! PLEASE
