Has anyone else noticed that the payouts tab now doesn’t show the amounts for the next 3 days any more?
it’s just shows next payout and then lumps everything else into the balance …
as a very cashflow conscious business I really would like to see the detailed display return here
Hello :). When did you first notice this issue please?
I ask as as of yesterday my payouts for future dates stopped showing as scheduled and all my sales are going into the balance. All transactions are just showing as ‘pending’.
I spoke to support today who looked at my account and said all looked normal. They also said they had another account who was having issues with their payouts showing correctly.
If you could share more details that would be excellent? Happy to do the same and answer any questions too.
This evening, it was as normal probably 4/5days ago I think
