My Shopify payouts are showing as “pending” even though I have set up my bank account and I have not had a single payment. What’s more, there appears to be an issue with their website whereby I can’t contact their UK support, everytime I get onto the page it come up with an error message. Incredibly frustrated over here.

Are you able to click onto the pending payout, and see if there is any information within there regarding it’s pending status? How long has this payout been pending for?
Are you also able to tell me a bit about this error you’re seeing while trying to navigate our Help Center? If you can provide me with a screenshot, that would be great! I’d love to help you with some troubleshooting steps to bypass that error.
Hi Imogen, thanks for your help. The payments have been pending for over a week. There is no option for me to click on them. Whenever I manage to get onto Shopify help at some stage, today it was the “speak to an agent” on live chat stage, I get a blank white page and

Is that error appearing in the top right of your screen? We do have some accessibility issues happening with our help center currently, but I do have a workaround for this error that should help.
Please, login to your Store Admin and go to ‘Settings’ > ‘Store Details’. Make sure that you have all of the information filled in here. Once you have double-checked that, make sure to click ‘save’ in the top right. From there, open an incognito/private viewing browser window, and then try to access the help center once again. This should get you through to our AI Chat bot with no issues, where you can let them know about the issue you’re facing, and then they will provide you with an option to speak to an Advisor. Once prompted to speak to someone, you should be able to complete this action with no issue.
