This is SCARY to say the least!!!
So one can find oneself robbed of their hard earned money for whatever reason (or no reason) Shopify sees!

Add to this the MANY basic features one has to PAY for to have by a 3rd party apps, I’m really very concerned launching my shop soon!

I’ve been traveling, our bookeeper’s husband has been ill and our payouts have been held for almost a month with no notification by email or phone. Over $200,0000 and I can’t get a representative on the phone. This is insane and maybe the worst customer service I’ve ever had with any company!
