My client started his store in early May of 2025. They received a payout the first week, but everything has been on hold since. Support provides mixed messages. Some say that an email has been sent, others say that he needs to wait a few days for the email to be sent. It has been 4 weeks and no payout or additional information has been provided.
Is there anything else that can be done to expedite this process and have the payouts resume?
