Can anyone help??
My Payouts are pending and I have a balance. Shopify keep saying my ticket is in a queue and will be looked at but it’s been over a week.
My bank says everything is fine and nothing has changed so why has Shopify stopped my deposits??
I may have to submit a claim through the UKs online money service to recoup my balance.
Anyone else had this issue? Or can help?

Mostly this is on the Shopify side. It depends on their finding. It will be either regarding your bank account or further verification is needed from your submitted documents. Based on experience, Shopify payments payouts issues will take some time so, it would be best to follow up your case from them from time to time via live chat instead of pending or escalated ticket as it will go further on their queue.
