I switched to Shopify from Lightspeed on May 1, 2025. Before that I had QB POS. Since switching to Shopify my payouts take 7 days. I have never had to wait for my funds and currently there is over $2700 in sales that has not been paid to me. I am used to getting payouts the next business day (and this option is chosen in my account) It is not my bank’s issue. I have made sure everything is correct on my end, and have reached out to support twice now trying to apply for Shopify Balance but they say I’m ineligible with no further explanation. Since I started with Shopify my account is in good standing & I really need all my payouts in a timely fashion in order to pay bills & continue to thrive! Why would MY hard earned sales be held for so long? Anyone have this same issue or any advice for me?

98% of my payout’s are from in store (POS) not online sales. And I sure will
Finally got an answer! While I don’t (for some unknown reason) qualify for
a balance account
currently, I was told my linked bank account was not "verified’ with Plaid.
I removed and reentered through Plaid & my payouts show 2 days now…way
better than 7!
