I built a Shopify store and sold it. I sold the store to a friend. Got him a huge job after selling the store to him. It’s been 2 weeks and the payment is still pending. After calling multiple times and providing all the requested information no one has gotten back to us. The customer wants to cancel the job and customer support keeps telling us it takes time. Due to the delay I lost a referral because of the job being delayed. Great way to start 2024. Why is it taking so long to be paid?

Good morning Liam, this has been going on since December 17th. I called multiple times. The only answer I’m getting is that their verifications team can only be reached thru email. It seems there is no way to get in contact with anyone but website representatives. If you have another solitary would be greatly appreciated.
