I haven’t received a payout in over a month at this point. I am beyond frustrated, I’ve had an escalated ticket for close to two weeks now, have reached out to support 4 separate times, read through forums of all the people who have the same problem, have called my bank to verify Its not a problem on their end, etc. And still, not so much as a response even validating my ticket or the problem, only an email to rate the customer support. In the time my payouts have been on hold (longer than a month), not even an email or even notification in my admin to let me know that my payouts were on hold, yet regardless, without fail, Shopify still continues to take out my monthly payment.
It’s simple, I can’t run a business without accessing my revenue, and having everything put on hold for over a month, while still being able to receive orders and drive more money into my payouts “account”, is obviously a problem. Being that drop shipping is obviously heavily competitive and everything is always super fast to come and go, It feels like I’m watching all of my work crumble in my hands and being unable to do anything about it. Yet still, I continue to pay for a service that’s restraining me as I watch.
Support can’t do anything on an escalated ticket, reaching out to support means my ticket just gets lowered in the que, and I’ve been literally stuck for weeks, hoping and waiting just for a simple response or some type of validation that at least the problem is moving forward. My ticket priority is marked “ASAP” yet I’ve waited around for close to two weeks.
What do I do? This type of situation is definitely unusual and infuriating to say the least, and the idea that such a ridiculous number of people go through it this same thing should definitely be enough to draw attention.
