PAYPAL is a nightmare for us

They charge 3,4% fees despite we have +30k payments a month - We asked them to check our account more than 10 times in the last 6 months without any response.

We had 4 claims on the last 2000 transactions. They now charge us 15USD for each claim ! and never read our proofs of delivery (with signature) and refund the customers.

They never never never answer our message in the resolution center. Sometimes they answer our messages on the social networks with a lot of promises without any action.

Charging PP fees to the customers in the check out (I think we can’t mod the shopify check out)
