Hi I had an order yesterday and the paid through PayPal, I didn’t have a PayPal account set up so the payment was showing as pending, I then created a PayPal account after which the payment was showing as refunded.
Has the payment been sent back to the buyer? I’m not sure where to go from here.
I have tried contacting the buyer but they haven’t replied. Please help
