How do I set paypal persistently as a button under the “add to cart” one? Sometimes its google pay, and other times is Paypal button. How do I set paypal button forever, to all people in all countries that visit my store?

So the button that you’re referring to here on your cart page is known as a ‘dynamic’ button. This means that the button changes the content within it depending on where your customer is located. At this time, you’re unable to toggle a setting that will let you control the content (or the payment gateway) listed as the option tied to the button, so you won’t be able to set it to show just ‘PayPal’ as the payment option.
